Business hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 12:00 am
It is not required to schedule an appointment.
The results will be ready within 24 hours (on working days) of your examination.
Please note: Fasting is not required for the examination.
What to Bring to Your Medical
- Appointment letter or instructions which you have received from the U.S. government agency.
- A valid passport (the same you will submit for your immigrant visa application)
- Complete vaccination records. See “Vaccination Requirements” to determine what you need.
- Fees in cash. We do NOT accept personal checks, credit or debit cards. See “Fee Schedule” to determine the amount.
- If you had a previously abnormal x-ray and/or blood test, if you are taking medication or if have a history of serious physical, psychiatric or psychological problems, please bring the appropriate information, medical results and/or documentation with you.
- If you are pregnant bring a note from your doctor confirming the pregnancy and indicating the estimated date of delivery.
- Two passport photos (less than 6 months old) per applicant.

Adults: Euro 190,-
Children under 15 years of age: Euro 85,-
These fees do NOT include the fees for any vaccinations. To determine whether you will require vaccinations, please see “Vaccination Requirements” below.
Vaccination Requirements
The U. S. immigration law requires immigrant visa applicants to obtain certain vaccinations (listed below, age groups also given) prior to the issuance of an immigrant visa. Panel physicians who conduct medical examinations of immigrant visa applicants, are required to verify that the applicants have met the vaccination requirements or that it is medically inappropriate to receive one or more of the listed vaccinations.

Medical Examination Procedure
- Medical History
We recommend that you bring a note and/or letter from your physician detailing possible medical or psychiatric problem(s), current treatments and long-term prognosis. The panel physician needs to know about your past and current medical problems and what the likelihood is that you will require further treatment in the future. It is better to bring more information than you think is required.
- Physical Examination
- Blood Test: Syphilis
- Vaccinations
- Chest X-Ray – external Radiologist
(Blood test and x-ray only for applicants 15 years of age and older)
Additional Information
- Children up to 14 years do NOT require chest x-ray or blood tests.
- Pregnant women do NOT require chest x-ray. Please bring a note from your doctor confirming your pregnancy and stating the estimated due date.
- Pregnant women DO require a blood test.
- Adults 15 years of age and older require physical examination, chest x-ray and blood tests for syphilis.
- Panel physicians are not able to accept chest x-rays or blood test results from other practices.
